Drove the largest activity stream across `openclaw/openclaw` and Clawsweeper, including doubled review throughput, removal of legacy Git state projection, resumable apply-budget stops, and reconciliation/backlog fixes. Also opened Ollama setup, disclosure rendering, and Settings documentation work, while coordinating release focus and an ESP room-node concept in `#maintainers`.

Worked across OpenClaw, Punchcard, Krillswitch, Maintainers, Carapace, and archive tooling. Shipped Carapace v0.6.0 with chart and terminal-preview primitives, restored Clawsweeper command routing, fixed Gitcrawl archive fidelity and refreshes, and coordinated product, performance, local-inference, and security topics in Discord.

Focused on OpenClaw QA and CI reliability, including Matrix state, Telegram scratch access, evidence freshness, live scenario routing, execution sharding, and intermittent checkout/TUI Gateway failures. Clawsweeper repair work also preserved selector decisions and avoided unnecessary blob hydration.

Improved OpenClaw’s model-picker UI by hiding credential profiles, adding live interaction previews, and containing scrolling; also helped publish `CLAW.md` prompts through ClawHub. Discord discussion centered on declarative scanner mappings and Carapace-based presentation tooling.

Restructured root `AGENTS.md` around product doctrine, followed with vision guidance, fixed preservation of MCP image blocks, and landed Telegram durable-ingress debounce coverage. The documentation scope and rationale were actively discussed in `#maintainers`.
