OpenClaw Maintainer Activity

Drove the largest GitHub workstream, primarily in `openclaw/openclaw` and ClawSweeper. The ClawSweeper series merged fixes and performance work for Worker-backed hydration, ledger cutovers, blob migration, review publication, close guards, and lease cancellation storms; 27 `maintainers` messages also coordinated realtime voice work.

Worked across core OpenClaw and ecosystem quality, security, and UI surfaces. Notable changes included ClawSweeper operational-error protection, Crabbox diagnostics hardening, patched dependency floors, resilient path and Markdown parsing, Carapace chart primitives, Krill Switch design-system adoption, and coordination across four Discord channels.

Focused on OpenClaw messaging security and delivery ordering. Merged fixes preventing preview leakage around outbound hooks across Slack, Matrix, Mattermost, Discord, and Telegram, while also improving delegated account routing, iMessage approvals, and security-operations coordination.

Advanced ClawHub publishing and discovery with accessibility updates, exact paginated prefix search, changelog previews, and honest trending states. Also opened a Carapace Terminal UI reference and coordinated around runtime compatibility, libterminal, and onboarding issues.

Developed host-controlled Control UI policy and node invocation lifecycle proposals across OpenClaw and RFCs, plus a private following inbox for ClawHub. Discord updates connected this work with Feeds, portable Claws, and validated starter examples.

Worked on iMessage bridge failure handling, Automations naming and CLI aliases, and a security-audit gap affecting DM policy checks for Teams and Feishu. Activity also included eight RFC signals and five review comments.

Improved OpenClaw agent awareness and browser navigation state, with merged PRs for watched-session awareness and inline page state. Also added Telegram durable-ingress coverage for forwarded-message burst coalescing and discussed Telegram turns in `maintainers`.

Focused on security hardening in OpenClaw: malformed gateway WebSockets and unsafe SSH sandbox targets were rejected, while new work protected privileged Discord actions and internal telemetry. Security-operations messages also tracked review follow-ups and advisory status.

Merged reliability fixes for Telegram DM replies across gateway restarts, npm plugin replacement after reinstall, and unresolved SecretRef warnings during shutdown. Discord coordination linked the Telegram work to two related non-response issues.

Merged OpenClaw fixes retaining ACPX process lease ownership across reconnects, allowing worktree clearing after Git rediscovery failure, and removing stale persisted session identity from fixtures.

Focused on agent-turn and Codex harness performance. Merged fixes preventing provider metadata stalls and reducing native hook relay startup latency, with additional PRs targeting large-transcript mirroring and active-run overhead.

Filed and triaged OpenClaw bugs covering empty Control UI cross-agent groups, false no-reply fallbacks, shared-skill invocation policy, and Telegram album splitting. Twelve `maintainers` messages supplied reproduction context and surfaced work for contributors.

Advanced release and QA infrastructure through maturity-scenario scheduling, taxonomy-owned selection, package installation from the harness working directory, and profile-to-inventory validation. Discord identified the release and maturity scorecard as the day's priorities.

Opened connected feature-flag work across Krill Switch, ClawHub, and OpenClaw, including SSR bootstrap, ClawHub integration, and install-hook provider activation. Nine `maintainers` messages coordinated the cross-repository rollout.

Recorded one OpenClaw commit fixing a macOS-only Parallels smoke-harness regression. Its 17 `maintainers` messages were automated guild field reports summarizing community traffic and recurring topics.

Opened an authentication fix to reuse Claude CLI logins without forwarding expired OAuth tokens and filed the associated beta regression. Also closed an older manual-compaction PR; no Discord activity was visible.

Filed OpenClaw bugs covering missing native-subagent background handoff guidance and inconsistent conversation resolution for inbound claims. Also closed an OTel reply-latency PR and a related latency issue.

Merged a Windows-node revert removing the unsupported Voice & Audio Assistant and commented on V2 exec approvals and the Reactor chat migration.

Contributed the iOS fix using the configured speech language for system voice. Discord discussion covered ClickClack projects and Buzz's ACP/OpenClaw release.

Opened an OpenClaw Codex fix enabling configured apps in service sessions and commented on restoring connected apps for token-authenticated runs. A Discord message also coordinated onboarding another OpenAI contributor.

Commented on OpenClaw npm installation and plugin lock strategy, specifically the npm 12 `allow-scripts` requirement and bundled lock installation behavior.
